I believe in having an open, honest, and sometimes candid conversation with each other. Be present and authentic and you'll find that you are having a meaningful exchange. I have always found that in every conversation there is a "me too moment." When both of you find that you share a similar experience or background. It could be something very small, but have a huge impact on how we communicate with one another.
